About the Role
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while building strong relationships with partner salons and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our SaaS platform. This position is ideal for professionals with a proven interest in B2B SaaS sales, client engagement, and business strategy who are ready to take ownership of targets and contribute directly to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Acquisition – Identify, engage, and onboard new partner salons, driving adoption of our SaaS solutions.
- Account Management & Client Success – Build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring a seamless experience and maximized value from the platform.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling – Recognize opportunities within existing accounts to expand usage and drive revenue.
- Onboarding & Training – Support new clients in effectively integrating and adopting the platform.
- Collaboration – Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Market Intelligence – Collect feedback, monitor market trends, and provide insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Consultative Selling – Act as a trusted advisor, helping salon partners optimize operations and achieve business growth using our platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in SaaS, B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Interest in the beauty, wellness, or retail-tech industry is a plus.
