We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Head with a strong background in infrastructure and construction domain specializing in Labor Law and Union Relations to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian labor laws, union negotiations, and industrial relations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, fostering positive employee relations, and supporting the strategic goals of our organization. Should be flexible for frequent travelling to all locations within India where the company has a presence as and when needed.
Duties/Areas of responsibility will include the following:

-Corporate Communication & Labor Law Compliance
-Employee Lifecycle Management
-Payroll Operations & HR Compliance
Job Summary
Drive the recruitment strategy for the company, while bringing a high level of clarity surrounding hiring plans and metrics
Ensure all the documentation with respect to HRIS & Background verification is accurately updated
Communicate and reiterate company policies at regular intervals to all employees
Co-ordinate to provide accurate inputs for payroll processing and adhere to deadlines
Coordinate with external vendors for PF/ESIC and other compliance as required by the Companies Act
Ensure organizations compliance with all labor laws and regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives
Handle collective bargaining agreements and resolve disputes effectively
Maintain a healthy work environment for employees and handle all grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with legal standards
Responsible for Vendor management including expense budgeting
Provide support and guidance to members of the HR team in their day-to-day operational roles
Implement strategies to improve employee engagement & company culture to become an Employer of Choice in the local market
The role requires travelling to different company locations within India as needed

Maturity to deal with issues in a creative & challenging environment
Ability to plan and execute effectively
Qualifications
PGDM/MBA/Doctorate specializing in Human Resources Management, labor Law, Industrial Relations or related field
Prior experience in leading a team of at least 8 HR professionals (Minimum 10 years of managerial experience)
Prior experience with an Infrastructure or Construction company is desirable
20+ years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Organization Development
Stability in previous job, minimum 3 years in the last profile
