Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Engineer, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Sr. Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing expert technical support, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, offer suitable product recommendations, and drive sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and collaborating with the internal team to meet customer needs. The Sr. Sales Engineer will play a key role in enhancing client relationships and driving the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales
  • Technical Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the lubrication and specialty chemicals industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
