Positon - Desktop Support Exp – 8 to 10 Yrs Shift - 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM Job Location - Hyd / Pune / Bangalore Budget – 18 LPA   Job Description –   Oversee Intune, Azure AD & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, Packaging, and public key infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization.
• Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, software applications, and configurations.
• Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully leading EUC initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering results that meet business objectives.
• Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting.
• Provide escalated technical support to users of desktops and laptops, printers, Google Suite, and Bomgar.
• Configure & troubleshoot Operating Systems and Office Applications.
• Perform direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-user troubles, application service interruptions, and issues.
• Extensive diagnostic information gathering, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution.
• Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End-user Systems.
• Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Digital Certificates configuration on end-user systems.
• Installing and Configuring VPNs on end-user systems.
• Troubleshooting basic network-related issues and WIFI issues.
• Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
• Requesting and coordinating vendor support.
• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft Office versions and other authorized desktop applications.
• Resolved system-related problems, software installations, antivirus updates, and other tasks as required.
