We are looking for a production head with 8–10 Years experience in industries like : Food Processing / FMCG / Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production & Operations Management

  2. Oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure smooth production flow

  3. Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  4. Monitor KPIs such as yield, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics

  5. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards

  6. Food Product Development

  7. Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to support new product trials and scale-up

  8. Optimize recipes and processes for cost-effectiveness and quality consistency

  9. Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences to guide innovation

  10. Manpower Planning & Team Leadership

  11. Plan and allocate manpower across shifts to maximize productivity

  12. Lead, train, and motivate production staff to maintain high performance

  13. Conduct regular performance reviews and skill development initiatives

  14. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  15. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely dispatch of finished goods

  16. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper documentation for dispatch activities

  17. Resolve bottlenecks in outbound logistics and improve turnaround times

  18. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  19. Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive cost reduction initiatives

  20. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
  21. Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to ISO, HACCP, and other quality systems

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in managing food production operations at a mid-to-large scale plant
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
