We're looking for a motivated
Account Manager
to be the primary point of contact for our clients, driving satisfaction, growth, and long-term partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the lead contact for assigned accounts and address client needs promptly
  • Research and onboard potential clients, supporting business development efforts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time
  • Prepare account performance reports and present key insights
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to maximize value
  • Support in resolving escalations and ensuring a seamless client experience

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client Servicing (internship or full-time)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred) and MS Office (Excel & PPT)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive, strategic thinker passionate about delivering value to clients
