Sales Associate in Bangalore

We are seeking a dynamic and personable sales associate to lead the growth of Feel It Live bookings and expand Soul Jams' footprint through brand collaborations, sponsorships, and venue partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales who has a natural flair for conversations and is excited about converting leads into long-term relationships. You will act as the face of Soul Jams to our external partners- warm, professional, and driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales for Feel It Live: Secure gig bookings for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and more under the Feel It Live division.
- Brand collaborations & sponsorships: Identify, pitch, and close brand sponsorships for Soul Jams sessions, properties, and campaigns.
- Lead management: Generate new leads, manage outreach pipelines, and consistently follow up to maximize conversions.
- Client servicing: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat collaborations and client satisfaction.
- Sales strategy: Work closely with the leadership team to co-develop sales strategies, target lists, and campaign ideas.
- Reporting: Maintain updated reports on lead status, conversions, and pipeline progression regularly.
- Representation: Uphold the Soul Jams brand tone – community-first, soulful, warm – in every conversation and interaction.
