Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and margintargets for rooftop solar solutions.

2. Channel Development & Partner Management: Establish and expand a robust channel and distribution network for solar rooftop solutions. Engage with dealers,

distributors, and system integrators to drive sales and ensure effective market coverage

3. Customer Engagement& Solution Customization

4. Project Oversight & Execution

5. Team Leadership & Development

Set up and expand a robust channel and distribution network for rooftop solar business development targeting residential, commercial, and industrial consumers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and offer technical, commercial, and financial solutions tailored to customer needs.

Drive and achieve sales revenue and profitability targets for the region.

Conduct site surveys, oversee site supervision, and lead techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.

Engage and manage relationships with installation & commissioning partners, EPC contractors, vendors, and service providers for project delivery, operation, and

maintenance.

Collaborate with internal engineering, project execution, and after-sales service teams to ensure seamless customer experience from proposal to commissioning.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments to support strategy formulation.

Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, business performance reports, and market feedback to management.
