Job Title:
B-2-B Relationship Manager – Wealth Management

Reports to:
AVP, Business Head

CTC Range:
₹4 – 6 lacs per annum

Skills Required

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Result-oriented and a committed team player
  • Energetic individual with excellent analytical and multitasking capabilities

Duties & Responsibilities (B-2-B)

  • Initiating and building the distribution channel by appointing new distribution partners
  • Understanding and offering various financial products to channel partners
  • Helping partners pitch risk profiling, goal planning, objective setting, asset allocation, and portfolio structuring for their investors
  • Managing client AUM across different financial products
  • Ability to sustain business relationships through prudent and meaningful advisory and prompt delivery with regard to key deliverables
  • Conduct regular market visits to meet existing and prospective partners, gather on-ground feedback, and ensure execution of business campaigns, investor meets, and other field activities within the assigned region

Education & Experience

  • Graduation in Commerce or Science; Post-Graduation in Business Management/Economics preferred
  • CFP/CFA certification is an added advantage
  • 1 – 4 years of experience in channel management, financial product distribution, or partner relationship roles
