The Opportunity
We're looking for a PPM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Planview India office.

What You'll Do

• The primary task to support Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio, monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting
• Responsible for working trouble tickets, managing scripts, creating SQL jobs, and troubleshooting IIS in a hosted environment.
• Responsible for working with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What You'll Bring

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written fluency in English.
• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts to support US and European Customers.
• Good to have knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point
• Should have intermediate-level knowledge on any SQL language (preferably Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL)
• Knowledge of any project/agile / lean management tool such as Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HPPPM, JIRA, Teamwork, would be a plus

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (BE,MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution

Experience

• Minimum 2 yrs to Maximum 6 yrs.
