Job Description:As a Senior Consultant you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagementsYou will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programsYou will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders dailyYou will also be involved in branding thought leadership and knowledge management efforts to provide value adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the global landscape s changing needsYou will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery effortsKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with client counterparts to define long term vision goals and strategiesDrive large scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI powered enterpriseHelp clients devise data driven business operating modelsHelp clients maximize value from large scale AI led transformational initiativesContribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmapsConduct ideation workshops with a team of global business technical professionals subject matter experts translating those requirements into priotitized roadmap help prepare business case to implement the roadmap track valueSolution targeted processes leveraging best practicesPerform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the projectProviding receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstancesTechnical Requirements:Project Management in Financial Services BankingMBA CA from Tier 1 Tier 2Additional Responsibilities:Location of posting is subject to business requirementsMultiple location options availablePreferred Skills:Domain->Banking->Banking - ALL,Technology->Consulting - Program Management->Program Management
