Job Description:We are looking for smart self driven focused high energy people with top notch communication skills intellectual curiosity and expertise in change management to deliver strategic and transformational advice within complex and demanding environments and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders ranging from the front line users to senior teams at the CXO levelOur consultants have a blend of in depth domain expertise and strong expertise in program execution value governance change management strategy and delivery leading Consulting and Industry Solutions and generating alliance based business growth delivering projects in emerging technologiesKey Responsibilities:Be responsible for driving complex engagements for large medium small sized companies across the globeWork on project management tracks and pursuits with focus on digital offerings digital transformation Roadmap Digital Innovation methodologiesDeliver engagements on transformation management office and Agile work methodologiesDrive the customer centric mindset culture with digital exploiting potential opportunities through an innovative journey from ideation to commercializationHelp business innovate on the future of industry to become more profitable and improve their performance solve complex industry and market related challengesManage a portfolio of projects within a specific program or client relationshipCollaborate with project managers technical leads and business analysts to ensure project alignment with program goalsDevelop and maintain project plans schedules and budgetsTrack project progress identify and mitigate risks and implement corrective actionsFacilitate communication between internal teams and clientsManage project resources effectively and ensure efficient utilizationPrepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholdersSupport the implementation of Agile methodologies and best practicesTechnical Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Project Power point Excel and PM Tools like Jira Clarizen Clarity Change point Planview etcand PMP ACP CSM certifiedDemonstrated strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space preferably in digital channelsProject Management Experience in agile methodologies have led as Project Manager Product Owner and Scrum Master roles within SAFe projects and helped build Agile Ways of working transformation programs for client IT organizationsProven ability to lead teams and be committed to mentor junior consultantsShould be able to collaborate and work across client teams vendor stakeholders etcAdditional Responsibilities:Experience 5 10 years with at least 3 years of top tier consulting experience post MBA preferably in Project Management Program Management PMO Transformation Realization Office specializing in banking and financial institutionsAn MBA from a top tier institutionExperience in Management Consulting preferably with big 4 firms and other IT enabled services equivalent firmsProven experience of working on at least 4 large scale business transformation or technology enabled transformation programsDemonstrated ability to manage extensive teams execute complex programs on time within budget delivering measurable value to achieve client satisfactionFluency with local language and a proven track record of client relationship management in the countries of hiringExperience of working on high value projects which involve high level of interaction with CXOs and top management executives with established relationship with local banks FIs and sales experience in the local marketExpertise in developing and managing comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures WBS and Risk Breakdown Structures RBS to ensure project clarity task division and risk identificationDemonstrated ability to implement and lead process driven delivery methodologies ensuring adherence to best practices and structured project executionPreferred Skills:Foundational->Development Methodology->Scrum,Foundational->Project_Management->PMP,Technology->Agile Management->Agile Management Tools
