Details of the Position

Position: Relationship Manager,Sr. Relationship Manager, Key Relationship Manager

Direct Reports: BusinessManager / Area Manager

Function / Department: Direct

Purpose of Role: The primary responsibility of the RM/ Sr. RM is to sell insurance policies by generating leads though retail distribution model and serving existing customers or leads leads that received from the channel apart from sourcing business

  • Rigorousandtimelyfollow–uponallprospectsthatareinworkinprogressstage.
  • Updateprospectinformationandtrackperformanceonleadmanagementsystem(LMS)/VYMO
  • Ensurethatallproceduralrequirementforpolicyissuancearecompleteandcorrect.
  • Trackpolicesthathavebeenloggedinthebranchtoensurespeedyinsurancetoprovidecorrectandcompleteinformationonproductstoallcustomerstoshowtransparency.
