Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Patna. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing insurance advisory services, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, assisting with policy selection, and addressing client queries and concerns. The Relationship Manager will also conduct regular follow-ups and provide continuous support to clients to maintain strong relationships.

  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of life and general insurance products
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using insurance comparison tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
