We're Hiring: Production Team Lead (Procurement & Finished Goods)

Are you a procurement leader with a passion for driving efficiency, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations? We're looking for a Production Team Lead to join our growing team

What You'll Do

-Lead procurement & sourcing of finished goods, ensuring reliable and cost-effective supply

-Develop sourcing strategies to optimise inventory levels and reduce costs

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers

-Collaborate with Production, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality & compliance

-Mentor and manage the procurement team, driving performance and continuous improvement

-Oversee budgeting, cost management, and compliance in procurement activities.

What We're Looking For

-5–7 years of procurement experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role

-Strong expertise in finished goods sourcing, supplier negotiations, and inventory management

-Hands-on experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills

-Background in B2C industries (FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Apparel, E-commerce, Beauty, F&B, Luxury Goods, etc.)
