Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities, building relationships with educational institutions and key stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase revenue. Key tasks include managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams for successful client onboarding and satisfaction. This role also involves conducting market research and providing insights to shape business strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strategic thinking and market research abilities to identify opportunities and develop growth strategies
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools
- Previous experience in the education or ed-tech sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
