We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 3-7 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location. Key Skills: Creo parametric, surface modelling, sheet metal, Teamcenter, Assembling and Drafting, CAB Interior design, Plastic parts design. This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 20 days or close to 20 days. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Basic Knowledge on CAB Interior design.
  • Good understanding on basic engineering guidelines of product design, i.e., Draft analysis, rib thickness, undercuts etc.
  • Excellent in A and B class Surface modelling techniques using Creo parametric 4.0 & above.
  • Must have exposure of manufacturing process like Injection moulding, thermoforming, roto Mold etc.
  • Should have exposure to the reverse Engineering Projects (3D data from the scan cloud data .stl files)
  • Good Communication and Presentation skill and demonstrate the capability through Design review Meetings.
Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
  • Creo parametric, surface modelling, sheet metal, Assembling and Drafting
  • Team center.
  • GD&T Knowledge.
  • Work experiences from Heavy/construction/Mining/Earthmoving industries.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Plastic parts design & concept development projects from Automotive or Heavy machineries industries.
