Qualifications & Skills:

·      Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

·      0–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, product development, or prototyping (internship or academic project experience will be considered).

·      Basic understanding of mechanical systems and engineering fundamentals.

·      Exposure to CAD tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software.

·      Willingness to apply engineering principles and learn First Principles thinking for problem-solving.

·      Good verbal and written communication skills.

·      Ability to work in a team and take guidance from senior engineers.

·      Eagerness to learn industry standards, quality norms, and compliance practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Assist in the development and design of mechanical components, systems, and assemblies under the guidance of senior engineers.

·      Create and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings and BOMs based on design inputs.

·      Support prototype assembly, testing, and documentation activities.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to design reviews.

·      Participate in brainstorming sessions, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing forums.

·      Learn and follow SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) standards and internal quality procedures.

·      Conduct basic calculations and simulations to support design validation.

·      Maintain accurate records of work, including design iterations, specifications, and reports.

·      Support procurement and production teams by providing necessary design data and documentation.

·      Stay updated with emerging tools, techniques, and trends in mechanical engineering.
