Role & responsibilities

Offline Store Co-ordination

  • Regularly visit partner stores to ensure proper display, stock levels, and branding.
  • Share in-store photos, insights, and competitor feedback with the central team.
  • Collect weekly sales data and assist with basic sales reporting.

Bulk Orders & Fulfilment

  • Follow up with bulk order customers to confirm order details and ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for packaging, dispatch, and timely delivery of large orders.

Corporate Gifting

  • Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp follow-ups for corporate and festive gifting.
  • Share catalogs, generate leads, and assist with client coordination as required.

Event & Pop Up Support

  • Help plan, set up, and execute brand presence at offline events, pop-ups, and markets.
  • Ensure all promotional materials, products, and samples are in place.

Vendor & Partner Support

  • Act as a liaison between The Bare Bar and offline vendors, ensuring requirements are met.
  • Support invoicing, PO coordination, and follow-ups with store partners as needed.

Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in sales, retail, or brand execution (freshers welcome).
  • Proficient in Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formatting, data cleaning
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, store visits, and direct customer/vendor interaction.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills (English + basic regional language).
  • Well-organized, proactive, and willing to work across functions (sales, ops, marketing).
  • Interest in skincare, wellness, or sustainable brands is a bonus.
