About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Store Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking full accountability for store operations, performance, and team management.
  • Driving achievement of sales targets and profitability by planning and executing effective strategies.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the store team to ensure high productivity and motivation.
  • Ensuring top-notch customer service, resolving escalated customer issues, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Implementing and monitoring retail loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage and theft.
  • Managing inventory control, stock audits, and timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained to promote brand image.
  • Monitoring store expenses and managing cost controls for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and store maintenance standards.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet/exceed targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, loss prevention strategies, and stock management.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Prior experience in retail store management.
