Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Freshers or experienced with 6 months to 1 year (International BPO or KPO)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications via email, phone, and chat with professionalism and clarity.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing documents and summaries.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth front-end operations.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client relations, BPO/KPO, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in the night shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
