About the Role

At Sudarshan Techno Solution Pvt. Ltd., we are building the future of defense and intelligence solutions. We are looking for a technically strong and field-ready Product Manager to lead product demonstrations, field trials, and training support for our advanced surveillance and intelligence systems.

This role is a bridge between our cutting-edge products and strategic clients across defense, police, and homeland security. It demands mobility, technical clarity, professionalism, and problem-solving on the ground—not just desk work.

Key Responsibilities

Client Demos & Trials

  • Conduct structured product demonstrations and field trials for defense, intelligence, and law enforcement departments.
  • Ensure technical readiness, confidence in delivery, and adherence to protocol.

Solution Customization

  • Understand client use-cases and align product features/configurations.
  • Provide technical guidance on system capabilities, integrations, and deployment options.

Training & Support

  • Deliver technical training to government officers, command centers, and operational staff.
  • Provide detailed hand-holding and troubleshooting during initial deployments.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Support teams to ensure product positioning and smooth execution.

Feedback Loop Management

  • Capture client/field feedback and relay structured inputs to engineering and product teams.
  • Maintain logs of trials, demos, and client interactions.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare SOPs, demo scripts, training manuals, and client briefing reports.
  • Share structured updates with internal leadership and government stakeholders.

Desired Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related engineering stream.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in product demonstrations, pre-sales, or field engineering.
  • Background in surveillance, optics, camera systems, or defense-grade technology preferred.
  • Experience with tenders/government protocols is an added advantage.

Skills

  • Strong presentation & communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic networking, IP cameras, and software interfaces.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/demo tracking tools.

Mindset

  • Self-starter, presentable, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and discipline.
  • Adaptive to learning new technologies & tools.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel across India.
