Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Saha, Haryana, India. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing optical instruments, providing detailed product information, understanding customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other tasks include managing inventory, maintaining sales records, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service experience and ability to understand customer needs
  • Basic knowledge of optical instruments and microscopes
  • Inventory management and sales record maintenance skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues
  • Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software is an advantage
