**JD**:

- Responsible Business Development & Revenue Generation Activity of the organization.
- Generate New Enquiries from the Market by personal Visits and telephonic Appointments.
- Generate Fresh orders from Dealers and Distributors for all the Company Products.
- Handling all Sales & Marketing activities and customer enquiries.
- Initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company;
- Attend all meetings with Customer and demonstrate the Product as per requirements.
- Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and Seek out new Clients and new sales opportunities;
- Assist Management in Product Promotions & Product Awareness Activities.
- Build excellent contacts / networks with existing and new customers.
- Following directions, roadmaps / targets defined by the Head - Marketing and Sales.
- Coordination & Direct Field Officers for Sales Activities.
- Attending meetings with Head - Marketing and Sales on regular basis.
- Communicating with clients prior to their requirement and recording all correspondence;
- Support the Head - Marketing and Sales in all aspects of the work such as Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends;
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential;
- Submitting the DSR to Head - Marketing and Sales
- Preparing the weekly, Monthly Sales Report and submit it to Head - Marketing and Sales
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Biopesticide /Biofertilizer/PGR)

**Relevant Experience**: 1 to 3 years in Sales (Agriculture inputs Biopesticide/Biofertilizer/PGR)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
