Position: Sales Officer (Field salesperson for the company)

Qualification: Any Graduate/MBA Regular Preferred

Experience: 0-4Yrs

Sales:

- Achieve primary and secondary sales target
- Achieve Total Call, Productive Call and Productivity targets
- Ensuring product visibility and use of promotional material to create awareness of the brand in

the market.
- Market working as per beat plan
- Outlet expansion (both distribution width and depth) as per target
- Handling market complaints and providing early resolution
- Timely payment collections
- Timely and accurate filling up of DSR
- Providing daily and regular customer and market feedback
- Communicating the company’s USPs
- Age: 24 - 30
- Education: minimum requirement - Graduate
- Experience: 2 - 5 years as a Sales Officer or similar role in an FMCG/food company
- Good communication skills. Excellent knowledge of local language, knowledge of computers,

especially excel.
- Working knowledge of English is a definite plus.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

- From FMCG OR fOOD iNDUSTRY: 2 years (required)
- Into Field Sales or sales Officer: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
