**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Identify potential clients (architects, builders, interior designers, corporates).
- Conduct cold calls, market research, and attend industry events to generate leads.

**Client Engagement**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries.

**Sales Strategy & Pitching**:
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.

Highlight key product features, benefits, and technical capabilities.

**Negotiation & Proposal Management**:
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Negotiate terms to achieve a win-win outcome for the client and the company.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with marketing, technical, and operations teams for seamless project execution.

Provide feedback to the product team to refine offerings based on client insights.

**Market Research**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Use insights to refine sales strategies and increase conversions.

**Sales Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue using CRM tools.

Report progress against targets to the Sales Manager.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in mobility solutions, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits clearly.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.

**Compensation**

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month.

Performance-based incentives are offered based on achieving targets.
