  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide the right solutions.

  • Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into customers.

  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics like call volume, lead conversion, and revenue.

  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Follow-Ups: Follow up with potential and existing customers to close deals and resolve queries.

  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams for smooth operations and a better customer experience.
