Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team and help drive sales growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and a persuasive sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through prospecting and networking
Conduct sales presentations to potential and existing customers
Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and maintain client satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns
Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events as required
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Customer-focused with problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel as needed
Minimum 1-2 years
