**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and suggest suitable eyewear products.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers with frame selection, lens options, and accessories.
- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI transactions, and basic documentation.
- Coordinate with optometrists for eye-testing requirements.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Participate in promotional activities and support store marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Experience in retail sales (eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle products preferred).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Office, POS).
- Positive attitude, customer-first approach, and team spirit.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (as per store timings).

**Compensation & Benefits**
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & performance).
