This is a pre-sales and technical role, client-facing and hands-on delivery, with significant direct engagement with end clients. The role focuses on strengthening and maturing our India Business offering in Security & Compliance Capabilities using the M365 Purview Platform. The Senior Solution Architect position primarily supports service delivery activities within Epiq's Information Governance practice group.

This includes advisory and project-based services related to security & compliance capabilities in M365 Purview, with an emphasis on Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA), Data Loss Protection (DLP), and Insider Risk Management (IRM). This is a billable role with direct client engagement, structured under hourly or fixed project fees with annual utilization targets for both individual and practice-wide objectives. ResponsibilitiesProvide advisory, administrative, and project-based services for the security capabilities within M365 Purview, with an emphasis on MIP, MDCA, DLP, and IRM.Collaborate with and provide oversight to other information governance associates or third-party contractors to execute project tasks.

Support sales motions, advising clients on the value and efficiency of Epiq's Information Governance services as they relate to M365 Purview and adjacent technologies, including client presentations. Deliver advisory services to optimize enterprise utilization of embedded security features in M365 Purview. Provide active project support, including peer coverage.

Support internal training and talent development initiatives. Contribute to strategic business initiatives within the Information Governance practice. Assist in product assessments for emerging technology platforms and new service offerings.

Perform administrative tasks to support the practice's objectives as assigned. Requirements5 years of experience in advisory and administrative roles related to M365 Purview and other enterprise security products, particularly MIP, MDCA, DLP, and IRM.10 years of pre-sales experience, with a strong Microsoft network.Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required). Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical acumen.

Ability to operate independently for daily tasks. Strong collaboration and service-oriented mindset.
