VRB Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing FMCG company engaged in manufacturing high-quality consumer products. We focus on operational excellence, innovation, and efficient supply chain management. To strengthen our plant operations, we are hiring a Store Executive at our Neemrana facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock management, timely material availability, and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods timely.
  • Maintain updated stock records in BUSINESS CENTRAL/ERP/SAP/ and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
  • Ensure proper labeling, identification, and FIFO (First In, First Out) , FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) practices.
  • Monitor storage conditions to maintain material quality and compliance.
  • Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and issue slips as per company procedures.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the store area.
  • Support audits and maintain records as per company and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Diploma in any stream.
  • Experience: 25 years in FMCG / Manufacturing / Consumer Products industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations

  • Working knowledge of BUSINESS CENTRAL/ SAP / ERP systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle store manpower and documentation efficiently
  • Good command on "EXCEL"

Employment Type: Full-Time
