About the Company:

VRB Consumer Products Pvt. Ltd. is a growing FMCG company driven by innovation, quality, and operational excellence. We are expanding our HR function at our Neemrana plant and looking for a dynamic HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and people processes.

Job Summary:

The HR Officer will be responsible for handling plant-level HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and documentation. The role demands a proactive individual who can ensure smooth HR operations and support workforce development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for plant-level positions.
  • Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
  • Handle daily attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
  • Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, factory act, and labor law documentation.
  • Coordinate for training, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.
  • Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain related data.
  • Prepare HR-related MIS reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Coordinate with HO HR team for implementation of policies and corporate initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW or Graduate with specialization in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing industry.

  • Skills:

  • Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and payroll process

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (ERP / HRMS)
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to handle employee relations and multitask effectively

Employment Type: Full-Time
