Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Officer to oversee and manage the packing operations at our Neemrana plant. The role involves ensuring smooth packing line operations, adherence to quality standards, and coordination with production, quality and export teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily packing line operations to meet production and dispatch schedules.
  • Ensure packaging materials and labeling are as per product specifications.
  • Monitor manpower deployment and line efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Maintain proper recodes of batch details as per batch sheet.
  • Maintain proper records of packing output, wastage, and shift reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards on the shop floor.
  • Train and guide packing operators and helpers to improve productivity.
  • Plan and control packaging material inventory in coordination with stores.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and material loss.
  • Knowledge on printing machine (Videojet/domino/KGK)
  • Knowledge on tapping machine
  • Knowledge on labelling machine

Key Requirements:

  • Education: B tech (Food) /B tech mechanical /Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 2+ years in FMCG / Food / Beverage / Consumer Products industry in packing operations.

  • Skills:

  • Knowledge of packing processes, machinery, and materials

  • Leadership and team-handling skills
  • Strong focus on quality and safety compliance
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP preferred
  • Good command on EXCEL"
