Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Dispatch & Billing Executive to manage dispatch planning, documentation, and billing activities. The role requires accuracy, coordination with multiple departments, and strong knowledge of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills for dispatches.
  • Coordinate with Sales team, production, stores, and transporters for timely dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure correct documentation for dispatch as per customer and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain dispatch records and update BUSINESS CENTRAL/ERP/SAP systems accurately.
  • Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers or distributors.
  • Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper quantity and packaging before dispatch.
  • Handle daily billing entries, invoice posting, and related MIS reports.
  • Support logistics cost control and reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain compliance with GST and other government documentation norms.
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience: 2- 5 years in FMCG / Manufacturing / Consumer Goods industry in dispatch or billing.

  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management

  • Hands-on experience in dispatch, logistics, and billing operations
  • Proficiency in BUSINESS CENTRAL/SAP / ERP and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of e-way bills, GST, and transport documentation
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines
  • Good command on EXCEL"
