Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executives for our UPVC Doors and Windows manufacturing unit, who will be responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and expanding the market presence of the company's products. Their key duties and responsibilities include:
Sales & Business Development
Identify potential customers, including builders, architects, contractors, and homeowners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and project managers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Convert leads into sales by providing product presentations and demonstrations.
Customer Relationship Management
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable UPVC solutions.
- Offer personalized quotations and negotiate pricing based on project size.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service issues efficiently.
Sales Planning & Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead.
Product & Technical Knowledge
Understand the technical aspects of UPVC doors and windows, including features, benefits, and installation processes.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency, durability, and customization options of UPVC products.
Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure proper customization and order fulfillment.
Site Visits & Project Coordination
Visit construction sites and clients' locations to assess requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Oversee the installation process when necessary to maintain quality standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in building materials, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
