Sales Executive – Mohali

Location: Mohali | Type: Full-Time

Department: Sales | Reports to: BDM / Branch Head

OKNA, a premium aluminium window & door brand, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our high-performing team in Mohali.

Your Role:

Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.

Consult with clients (architects, designers, builders) to understand project needs and recommend tailored solutions.

Present our cutting-edge aluminium systems with confidence and clarity.

Achieve sales targets while ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to order closure.

Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, BOQs, and timely execution.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors to help drive strategy.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or similar.

0–2 years of experience in sales, BD, or client servicing (freshers welcome).

Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM; ability to travel locally.
