Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or technical sales, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers in the transportation industry.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build connections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the transportation/logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of freight, trucking, and logistics services will be helpfull.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, as required.
