Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new market opportunities, building global client relationships, and closing sales deals across international territories.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and channel partners.
  • Execute the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to inform approach and optimize results.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, negotiations, and pipeline progress via CRM tools.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings abroad as required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in business development or international sales (B2B preferred).
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (as needed).
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
