Responsibilities:


Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

● Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/ her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character.

● Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics.

● Strongly adopt, imbibe and reflect the values that are required in any teacher in Vedantu.

● Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization's needs.

● Effectively engage with multiple stakeholders on the training needs, training plans, training designs and training feedbacks.

● Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs

● Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training programs

● Proactively work with the Master Teachers/Class Teachers/Personal Teachers to improve their session delivering skills by reviewing the sessions, connecting with teachers and conducting review meetings as and when required

● Reactively support the teacher by connecting the teacher with right individual in cases outside the scope of this profile

● Performs other related duties as assigned or requested

Qualification & skills
:

● Graduate (or) post graduate in HR/ Psychology/ Adult education

● Training Delivery experience for Mid-level Managers, 2+ years of over all experience required

● Any Training Certifications will be an added advantage

● Experience in working with the fast-paced environment

● Excellent written and oral business communication skills

● Proficiency in MS office applications

● Expertise in soft skill training

● Excellent Training Delivery Skills

● Go-getter and a Team Player
