Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Administration Executive who also possesses tele-sales experience. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations, support internal teams, manage office coordination, and contribute to telemarketing/tele-sales initiatives by reaching out to potential clients or customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative / Coordination Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between the management and the tele-calling team.
- Track and share daily, weekly, and monthly team updates and reports with the manager.
- Monitor attendance, targets, and productivity of the tele-calling team.
Inside Sales :
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Present and promote advertising solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in tele calling, tele sales, or inside sales (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle outbound calling.
- Proven track record in tele sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition (preferably in advertising, media, or related industries).
