We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Projects) in civil engineering with 15+ years' experience in high-rise construction. The candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality completion while managing teams and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple high-rise projects from start to handover.
- Plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
- Improve processes and adopt new technologies.
- Maintain client relations and resolve issues.
- Control costs, material usage, and resource allocation.
- Mentor team members and manage work distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, HR).
Qualifications:
- B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 15+ years' experience in high-rise projects, including finishing and handover.
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, budgeting, and rate analysis.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with contract management, safety codes, and engineering standards.
