Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Salesforce Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions across Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.

You will leverage your expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations to build robust features, optimize existing applications, and contribute significantly to our DevSecOps environment.

This role demands strong technical acumen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to best practices and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality custom solutions using Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Flows.

- Utilize Platform Events, Custom Objects, and Salesforce APIs to extend platform capabilities.

- Implement both custom development solutions and out-of-the-box Salesforce configurations to meet business requirements.

Integration & API Management :

- Lead the development of robust integrations between Salesforce and various third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

- Apply a strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.

Quality, Testing & DevOps :

- Apply advanced debugging, testing, and optimization skills to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Maintain and improve existing software applications, proactively discovering and fixing programming bugs.

- Work effectively within a DevSecOps environment, utilizing Git for version control and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for automated deployments.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, verbal/written communication, and collaboration skills when working with diverse stakeholders with varying technical expertise.

- Work independently and proactively, effectively identifying and mitigating risks, and managing time impeccably.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Prove ability to write quality, fit-for-purpose documentation, including, but not limited to, Knowledge Base (KB) articles, technical designs, and release notes.

- Maintain a strong understanding and promote Salesforce best practices and functionality within the team.

- Operate effectively within an ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Core Salesforce Development : Expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, Flows, Platform Events, Custom Objects, Salesforce APIs, and development.

- Cloud Expertise : Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Custom Development & Configuration : Proven ability to deliver custom development solutions in Salesforce Lightning (Apex, LWC, AURA) as well as leveraging out-of-the-box configurations.

- Integrations : Strong understanding of integration concepts and practical experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.

- DevSecOps & Version Control : Experience working in a DevSecOps environment, proficient

with Git, and familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo).

- Quality & Optimization : Advanced debugging, testing, and optimization skills for Salesforce applications.

- Communication & Collaboration : Exceptional verbal/written communication and collaboration skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Documentation : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and fit-for-purpose technical documentation.

- Problem-Solving & Proactiveness : A tenacious problem-solver who can work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong risk identification/mitigation and time management.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Desired Skills & Certifications (Plus Points) :

- Salesforce Developer I, Salesforce Developer II, and Platform App Builder certifications are highly regarded.

- Knowledge of common programming languages and web frameworks such as JavaScript/TypeScript, jQuery, , React, Vue, Angular, Web Services, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API strategy development.

- Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.

- Experience working with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
