Responsibilities :

- Work on developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- Assist in building and customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.

- Work on debugging and fixing issues in Salesforce applications, both in custom code and configuration.

- Collaborate with senior developers, administrators, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in team meetings and code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.

Requirements-

- Good command of the Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.

- Hands-on experience with creating the lightning components Experience with Integration.

- Deep knowledge of the Salesforce architecture.

- Able to identify when to use config vs code.

- Able to work with Salesforce Standard and Custom Objects, Fields, Formulas, Workflows, Process Builders, Flows, etc.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in technology implementation for full-lifecycle enterprise software projects.

- At a minimum of 4 years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex), and integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.

- A minimum of 4 years of experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviews.

- Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.

- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

- Desire to work in an information systems environment.

- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
