Job Title : Innovation Engineering Lead

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on innovation and product development.

- Strong technical background with proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.

- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.

- Data engineering , AI/ML, Product management , SAAS experience preferred.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and pushing boundaries.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably in the technology or startup sector.

- Ability to adapt to change and navigate ambiguity effectively.

- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
