Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns and agency client efforts. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of CRM campaigns
- Design and build emails using drag and drop editors (Klaviyo)
- Ensure all email templates follow brand guidelines and are optimised for deliverability
- Proof and QA email campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
- Assist with client support
- Generate basic reports and analyse data
- Provide administrative support to the CRM team
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (Klaviyo)
- Basic graphic design skills
- Basic GA4 proficiency
- Basic data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with email campaign execution and design
- D2C or Direct-to- Customer experience
- Basic CRM certification (Klaviyo) preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Passion for learning
KPIs
- Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery
- Timeliness and accuracy of report generation
- Accuracy of basic segmentation
- Task completion rate
