Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Shimla ( HP) and will be respinsible for entire HP. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales performance, generating leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting overall sales operations. Key tasks include developing channel sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The role will require effective communication and customer service skills to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
  • Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and work independently
  • Relevant experience in the FMCG or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
