Hiring for Health DSF Field Sales Team Leader with Team Handling
Job Title: Field Sales Team Leader Health DSF (Preferred Insurances Background )
Location: Kochi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate our Direct Sales Force (DSF) team in the health domain. The role involves driving business targets, managing a team of field sales executives, ensuring compliance, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–25 field sales executives.
- • Drive sales of health insurance/healthcare financial products through direct customer acquisition.
- • Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- • Monitor field activity and ensure adherence to company processes & compliance guidelines.
- • Develop market intelligence by mapping competition and customer needs.
- • Provide guidance and support to team members to close high-value deals.
- • Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- • Recruit, train, and retain quality sales professionals.
- • Prepare and share sales MIS/reports with regional leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- • Strong leadership and people management skills.
- • Proven track record in field sales/DSF/healthcare/insurance sales.
- • Ability to handle pressure and achieve business targets.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- • Knowledge of local markets in assigned region.
- • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- • Graduate
- • 4–8 years of total sales experience, with 2+ years in team handling.
- • Experience in Health Insurance, Healthcare Services, Financial Products, or Direct Sales is highly desirable.
- • Local language proficiency (Malayalam, Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, etc.) will be an advantage.
