We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation & Campaign Specialist who excels in executing multichannel campaigns, building automated workflows, and driving meaningful customer journeys. If you are passionate about crafting scalable campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, and more, while using data to continuously optimize impact, this role is for you. This is an execution-focused role that requires attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to coordinate messaging across multiple direct channels and touchpoints. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver relevant, measurable communications across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Campaign Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage outbound marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, SMS, IVR, and outbound call channels.
- Own campaign setup, audience segmentation, delivery schedules, and messaging coordination.
- Ensure message consistency across touchpoints while aligning with brand tone and goals.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance elements such as subject lines, CTAs, timing, and format.
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., open/click-through rates, conversions, unsubscribe rates).
Lifecycle Marketing & Automation
- Build and manage automated workflows for key lifecycle stages, including lead nurturing, onboarding, product engagement, renewal reminders, and reactivation.
- Deploy behavior- and time-triggered journeys aligned to customer actions and stages.
- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize lifecycle flows for engagement and conversion lift.
Personalization & Orchestration
- Use segmentation and dynamic content to deliver personalized messaging at scale.
- Coordinate channel sequencing and timing to ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Performance, Compliance & Optimization
- Ensure campaign data accuracy, list hygiene, deliverability, and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with regional communication regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and WhatsApp opt-in policies.
- Manage suppression lists, unsubscribe flows, and preference center integrity.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with marketing, content, design, sales, and customer success teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
- Partner with sales for handoffs and follow-up workflows tied to high-intent leads from outbound channels.
- Contribute to campaign retrospectives and ongoing reporting to improve future execution.
What You Will Bring
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS, CRM, or Martech company.
- Hands-on experience executing multichannel campaigns and building lifecycle automations.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel stages, and behavioral triggers.
- Excellent organizational skills with detail- and process-oriented approach.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve results.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of tools such as:
- Email & Automation: Sendgrid, Instantly, WebEngage, , ActiveCampaign, Marketo
- SMS & WhatsApp: Twilio, MessageBird
- IVR & Voice: Exotel, Plivo or similar platforms used for multichannel direct marketing and lifecycle automation.
