Talent Growth Analyst

Major Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce.
    This includes owning the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce.
  • Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.).
    A significant focus will be on global hiring across the AMER and EMEA regions.
  • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria.
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS.
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.
  • Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.

Education & Experience

  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
  • 2-6 years of experience in talent sourcing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in global hiring (specifically AMER & EMEA regions) is mandatory for this role.
  • Someone with a flair for Technology.
  • Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring.
  • Own recruitment process, optimize its cost, be part of a growing team, and deliver best talent at the right time and at the right costs.
