Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Analyst

Our site in India is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team. The Specialist role is responsible for supporting the organization's cybersecurity risk management and compliance efforts.

What You'll Do:​​​​​

  • Risk Assessment: Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential cybersecurity threats.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring and adherence to regulatory and industry standard frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST 800-53, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
  • Policy Implementation: Help develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Audit Support: Assist in preparing for and coordinating internal and external audits.
  • Control Testing: Participate in testing security controls to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with standards.
  • Remediation Tracking: Help track remediation efforts to address identified vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
  • Customer Support: Review and complete cybersecurity questionnaires from customers by accurately providing detailed information on security controls, policies, and compliance measures that align with organizational practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain accurate records of compliance activities and audit evidence. Write and maintain procedural documents and SOPs to meet organizational requirements.
  • Awareness: Support training programs to raise awareness about cybersecurity risks and compliance requirements.

What We Seek:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, risk management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in information security, risk management, or compliance.
  • Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, or similar.
  • Proficient understanding of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., SOC 2, PCI-DSS, NIST, HIPAA, ISO
  • Skilled understanding with GRC tools and best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively on multiple initiatives in a team environment.
